Seeking: Floral Designer and Production Coordinator
L’Olivier Floral Atelier is a high end luxury floral design company based in NYC.
We are looking for an experience floral designer and production coordinator with over 3+ years of design and managerial experience.
You will be accountable for:
-Creative designs that meet high standards of the brand, duplicate all current design recipes and also develop new designs and recipes.
-Design and manage on site installations, whether they are weekly customer or one time event.
-Schedule and Coordinate with other designers daily tasks for all production.
-Work with customer service and director of operations to prioritize production to make sure deliveries are made in a timely fashion
- Work with the Creative director and lead designer to ensure all production is up to company standards.
-Work with the floral buyer to ensure that the required product is ordered for retail orders
-Organize, plan, and prioritize work order to support daily orders, weeklies, and events.
-Accountable for staying within budgets for weeklies and coding vendor invoices on a daily basis.
-Use email to communicate with superiors on any and all matters as well as to send photographs of all completed installations
-Be able to represent company and able to interact with clients and support managers on meetings with potential clients by making suggestions, helping create recipes and spending.
