Happy Hanukkah

Hanukkah (sometimes transliterated Chanukkah) starts on the 25th day of the Jewish month of Kislev, which coincides with late November-late December on the secular calendar. In Hebrew, “hanukkah” means “dedication.”

Traditionally, Hanukkah flower arrangements are made up of blue and white flowers. Blue represents tranquility and peace, while white symbolizes purity and truth.  However, these days flowers in other colors are included.
